SiteRune stores the email and password hash you register with, the URLs you submit, and the audit artifacts those URLs produce (headers, extracted metadata, scores, findings). We do not sell this data.

During Launch, completed scans are published to Live briefs and may be indexed by search engines. You can unpublish a report from the brief page to keep it off /live and the sitemap.

If you create an account or join launch notes, we email welcome, password reset, and occasional product mail. Unsubscribe from marketing via the footer link. We do not sell the list.

If an OpenAI key is configured, a compact JSON of findings is sent to OpenAI to write the narrative. Do not submit URLs whose HTML you would not want processed by a model provider.

Session cookies are httpOnly. When measurement is enabled we load Google Tag Manager after the first click, key, or scroll — or after 12 seconds — and send page views plus funnel events (audits, signup, checkout) to GA4 through that container. We do not load a second gtag.js tag on the page. We do not run advertising pixels unless we add them later inside GTM. Events do not include the URL you scanned, only CMS, scores, and plan.
